Q: Can I bring an overnight guest to my room and how much do you charge ? | A: Overnight guests are free with no extra charge. We do not control ID cards either. You are thus responsible for them in your room. |
Q: Why don't you make breakfast ? | A: There is too much competition for breakfast in our area. You can find nearly whatever food you wish to eat, at a very reasonable price, all around our hotel. |
Q: Why do you charge electricity separate? Couldn't you include it in your rates ? | A: We try to maintain our prices as low as possible, and this means controlling our electricity bill. Air-condition use is the main culprit. Some guests like to turn it on day and night, some others prefer fan and hardly use air-condition: why should they be charged the same rate? This " pay-as-you-use " system allows everybody to control his energy use without wasting it. On the other side, we have downed our roomrates by an average of 15 % and you can have two sets of key for your room. |
Q: Why do I have to pay a deposit when booking in high season ? | A: Phuket is a leisure island marked by seasonality. Prices are higher in high season, when everybody comes on holiday. This is also the period where we make our yearly turnover. Thus, every room cancellation without compensation hurts and threatens our business. Hence the necessity of a deposit. |
